I discovered the impact of nutrition after years of living with chronic migraines and relentless fatigue, symptoms that left me without answers or a clear path forward. A chance meeting with a nutritional therapist changed everything; adjusting my diet transformed my energy, reduced my symptoms, and gave me back a sense of control over my health.

Over ten years later, I returned to the same therapist during a period of burnout, and once again, her approach helped me recover and rebuild my health.

These experiences are the foundation of my work today. I understand how it feels to be exhausted, confused or dismissed, and how powerful it can be when someone is able to look deeper and provide ongoing support.

Human biology is complex, and no two bodies function the same, but feeling good doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. I use evidence-based nutrition and holistic care to translate that complexity into clear, sustainable steps that support your long-term health.
